“Golden Ticket Giveaway” is a Contest designed to gift five (5) lucky winners with a limited edition Holiday Self-Care Bundle!
From here forth, the “Golden Ticket Giveaway” will be referred to as “The Contest,” individuals entered into the “The Contest” will be referred to as “Participants,” and the “Holiday Self-Care Bundle” will be referred to as “The Prize.”
The Contest Terms & Conditions
Participants in The Contest are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
Eligibility
In order to participate in the contest and be considered as a “Participant”, you must be over the age of 18, residing within the United States with an internet connection and a valid e-mail address.
Any individual meeting the aforementioned criteria who places an e-commerce order on www.controlcorrective.com or www.pro.controlcorrective.com between December 6th, 2022 (00:00 AM PST) and December 14th, 2022 (23:59 PM PST) are eligible to participate in The Contest: there is no minimum spending amount required.
Contest Rules
The Contest shall be as follows.
Five (5) golden tickets will be placed in five (5) separate orders at random between December 7th, 2022 and December 14th, 2022.
Recipients of the golden tickets are required to do the following in order to claim their “Prize.”

- Post a picture of the golden ticket on their Instagram Story alongside their favorite Control Corrective Product(s)
- Write why they love Control Corrective
- Tag us @controlcorrective
The deadline to post the content listed above and claim your Prize is December 18th, 2022 (23:59 PM PST)
Winning Participants & Shipping of Prizes
Only Winning Participants will be contacted by Control Corrective Skincare. Each Winning Participant will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address and/or direct message function via Instagram provided by the Winning Participant. Control Corrective Skincare shall in no case be held liable for any incorrect contact information provided by the Winning Participant.
The Prize will be shipped to each Winning Participant at no cost. Any prize that would be returned by the post office or the contractor in charge of the shipping, for whatever reason (for example: “no longer at this address”), shall be considered as permanently refused by the Winning Participant. In such a case, if the Winning Participant still wishes to claim his/her/their prize he/she/they are responsible for any shipping costs that may incur due to the second attempt.
Entrants who have not won will not receive any message.
All Prizes must be claimed by December 18th, 2022 (23:59 PM PST) via the method outlined in the section titled “Contest Rules.” Control Corrective Skincare reserves the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prizewinners or not to award them at all and shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. Any prize which is returned as undelivered will be returned to inventory.
No person or persons at the same residential address may win more than one (1) prize.
Control Corrective Skincare shall not be held liable for any delay in the dispatch of the prizes when this delay is attributable to the service provider used to carry out this dispatch. It shall not incur any contractual or legal liability in respect of operations relating to the transport of the prizes and lots awarded. Control Corrective Skincare shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, or loss during transport and delivery of the package nor any loss, theft, or damage of the Prize once the Winning Participant(s) have taken possession of them.
Further Specifications
This Contest is available on social media (Instagram), but is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. Instagram will not be held responsible for any element of The Contest. This Contest is available on smartphones, but Apple, Microsoft, Google or any other mobile application platform will not be held responsible in the event of any dispute related to this Contest.
The Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.
When applying to The Contest, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
Any misuse or abuse of the Contest or suspected fraudulent activity may result in either withdrawal or denial of the participation or the Prize.
The Winners agree to provide content listed above for the purpose of getting recognition and for transparency.
The Contest is subject to change or termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
By participating in the Contest, the Participant releases Control Corrective Skincare from any liability.
